Tangerine Behavioral Consulting supports certified professionals and direct care staff through ongoing learning and mentorship.
As an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider, we offer Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) opportunities to earn required Continuing Education Units (CEUs). We also provide Professional Development Units (PDUs) for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Our trainings include RBT instruction, CEU workshops, and tailored professional development designed to strengthen practical skills in the classroom, clinic, and community.

PEERS® was developed at UCLA by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson and her dedicated research team. It is one of the most extensively researched social skills programs worldwide, thoughtfully adapted for preschoolers, teens, and young adults.
Our founder, Gereen Francis, is a certified PEERS® instructor, trained to deliver these programs with fidelity and effectiveness.
